Refund Policy

We want every customer to be happy with their trip plan. Journey Planner AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every one-time trip plan purchase.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@journeyplannerai.com with your order reference.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. For full details, see Paddle's refund policy.
Third-party bookings
Refunds from Journey Planner AI only cover the price you paid us for the trip plan itself. Bookings you make with third-party providers (flights, hotels, transport, airport parking, insurance, activities, eSIM) through links in your plan are governed entirely by those providers' own terms and cancellation policies. We are not able to refund third-party bookings, and refunding your trip plan does not cancel any third-party booking.
