Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Journey Planner AI(the "Service"), operated by QUDUS APPAREL LTD (United Kingdom). By creating an account, purchasing a trip plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Journey Planner AI is an AI-powered travel planning tool. It generates personalised itineraries, accommodation suggestions, transport ideas, packing lists and money-saving tips for UK-departing travellers. You can contact us at support@journeyplannerai.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a trip plan. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. What you get

• One-time AI-generated trip plans, purchased per trip — there is no subscription.
• Plans are saved to your dashboard and can be downloaded as a PDF.
• Plans may include suggested booking links to third-party providers (flights, hotels, transport, airport parking, insurance and activities).

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5. Accuracy and travel disclaimers

Trip plans are informational planning tools, not bookings or professional travel advice. AI-generated content can contain errors or out-of-date information. You are responsible for verifying:

• Prices, availability, schedules and routes before booking.
• Visa, passport, health and entry requirements for your destination.
• Travel insurance suitability for your trip and circumstances.

Suggested hotels, restaurants, activities and providers are recommendations only. Journey Planner AI does not make or guarantee any booking on your behalf.

6. Third-party bookings and affiliate links

The Service includes links to third-party booking providers. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, on their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, pricing, availability, cancellations or refunds. Some links are affiliate links — if you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not influence which providers we suggest in your plan.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Resell, redistribute or publicly republish generated itineraries as your own product.
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, infringing or deceptive.

8. Generative AI

Itineraries are produced by AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for any specific purpose, and should not be relied on as professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). You are responsible for how you use generated outputs and for verifying important details before acting on them. We may filter, moderate or refuse outputs that breach these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service, its software, branding and underlying prompts. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use generated itineraries for your personal travel planning. You may not resell or republish them.

10. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant trip plan in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost bookings, missed travel or loss of enjoyment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying you in-app or by email.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence say otherwise.
